Privacy Policy The Information We Collect and How We Use It LoadHut collects information from all its users including, but not limited to, IP address, time & duration of access, etc. (generally, non-personal and/or non-private information). This information is used by LoadHut to better understand its visits and audience and adjust its site content accordingly. It is also shared with advertisers and affiliates in order to attract and direct advertising. LoadHut also collects personal information from its registered users including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. This information is used to populate each user's profile for visibility by all users of the site. LoadHut requires accurate personal information from its registered members in order to avoid anonymous ratings and create accountability on the part of those who choose to leave ratings. In an effort to ensure that members are bona fide representatives of the company with which they associate themselves upon signup, LoadHut may send each new member's name, address, phone, fax, and e-mail information to the e-mail address on file for the selected company at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association (FMCSA). Otherwise, with regard to personal information and e-mail addresses, LoadHut:
- does NOT use it to send spam/junk mail or e-mail;
- does NOT share it with, or sell it to, any affiliates or advertisers;
Rights to User Content By posting or distributing Content to or through the Site, unless we indicate otherwise, you: - grant LoadHut and its agents and affiliates and sublicensees a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and perform such Content throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised;
- grant LoadHut and its agents and affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such Content, if they choose; and
- represent and warrant that:
- you own and control all of the rights to the Content that you post or otherwise distribute, or you otherwise have the lawful right to post and distribute such Content to or through the Site;
- such Content is accurate and not misleading; and
- use and posting or other transmission of such Content does not violate these Site Terms and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity.
You further grant LoadHut the right to pursue at law any person or entity that violates your or LoadHut's rights in the Content by a breach of these Site Terms.Content submitted by users will be considered non-confidential, becomes the full propert of LoaHut, and LoadHut is under no obligation to treat such Content as proprietary or confidential information. Without limiting the foregoing, LoadHut reserves the right to use the Content as it deems appropriate, including, without limitation, deleting, editing, modifying, rejecting, or refusing to post it. LoadHut is under no obligation to offer you any payment for Content that you submit. Nor is LoadHut is under any obligation to offer you the opportunity to edit, delete or otherwise modify Content once it has been submitted to LoadHut. LoadHut shall have no duty to attribute authorship of Content to you, and shall not be obligated to enforce any form of attribution by third parties. If it is determined that you retain moral rights (including rights of attribution or integrity) in the Content, you hereby declare that
- you do not require that any personally identifying information be used in connection with the Content, or any derivative works of or upgrades or updates thereto;
- you have no objection to the publication, use, modification, deletion and exploitation of the Content by LoadHut or its licensees, successors and assigns;
- you forever waive and agree not to claim or assert any entitlement to any and all moral rights of an author in any of the Content; and
- you forever release LoadHut, and its licensees, successors and assigns, from any claims that you could otherwise assert against LoadHut by virtue of any such moral rights.
